Every band is made to order — forged and finished to the size, width and finish you choose — so it's a bespoke piece made just for you. That's worth understanding before you buy.

You have 4 days to cancel — before I start

I don't begin making your band for 4 days after you order. During those 4 days you can cancel for a full refund, no reason needed — just email me at smartutilitysupply@gmail.com.

After those 4 days I start forging and finishing your band to the exact size, width and finish you chose. From the moment work begins it's a bespoke, made-to-order piece, so it can no longer be cancelled or refunded — under UK consumer law, made-to-measure items are exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind return. So please choose your size carefully, and talk to me first if you're at all unsure.

If the size isn't right

Get in touch and I'll do what I can to put it right — depending on the band I can often resize or remake it. The sizing page shows how to measure so it's right first time.

Hand-made means some character

Every band is forged, filed, domed and finished by hand, one at a time, so each carries small marks of being made that way — a faint join line where the silver was brought round and joined, the odd light hammer or file mark, and a little unevenness here and there. These are normal and to be expected, not faults — they're the whole difference between this and something stamped out by the thousand. The photographs on the site are real bands at exactly this level of finish, so what you see is what to expect.

If a band is faulty or not as described

This is different from the hand-made character above, and these rights can't be signed away. If a band arrives genuinely faulty or damaged, or not as I described it, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund. Email me first at smartutilitysupply@gmail.com — in that case I cover the return postage and refund your original postage too.
