Shipping & delivery.

Each band is made from scratch after you order, so there's a making time before it's posted. Here's what to expect.

Making time

Bands are usually 7–14 days to make once your size is confirmed. If you need one by a particular date, tell me when you order and I'll say honestly whether it's doable.

Postage

Two options, chosen at checkout: regular mail (£25) or recorded, signed-for delivery (£55). Every band comes in a ring pouch, posted well protected and, where the service allows, with tracking. I'll let you know when it's on its way. Prices can be shown in £, $ or € — switch at the top of any page, and you're charged in the currency you pick.

Outside the UK

International orders are welcome. Any import duties or taxes charged by your own country are outside my control and are the buyer's responsibility — please check your local rules if you're unsure.

If it doesn't arrive

If your band is late or hasn't turned up, email smartutilitysupply@gmail.com and I'll chase it with the carrier and sort it out with you.
